Advance Registration
SCDMDG encourages early registration for the June 5, 2019 Meeting. Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
To register by mail:
- Click here to download the meeting flyer and registration form.
- Fill out the form online and print.
- Enclose a check made out to SCDMDG for the correct amount ($20/person)
- Mail the lower portion of the registration form with your payment to:
