SCDMDG Sponsorship Levels

Please indicate your willingness to help sponsor a SCDMDG meeting by completing the section below and returning it along with a check in the appropriate amount, payable to Southern California Drug Metabolism Discussion Group to the address listed below. Applicable to all levels of sponsorship noted below, your company logo and name will be displayed prominently at the meeting in a PowerPoint presentation, on the SCDMDG website and in meeting circulars. Gold and Silver sponsorship levels will also receive a booth area that will be available for displaying and distributing company information and brochures at the meeting.
The SCDMDG has registered as a tax-exempt non-profit entity (EIN 57 1177117).
The following sponsorship levels are available:

(limited to one per meeting) |
All of the above benefits plus a 10 minute presentation (infomercial) during the meeting. Two dinner/buffet tickets, which includes free soft drinks/beer/wine. |
